Frost & Fealty is a gritty low fantasy tabletop roleplaying and tactical miniatures combat game in active development. You command a mercenary company in a broken north of warring jarls, Dvergar buried into mountains with their forged steel, trolls in the high passes, and draugr clawing out of barrows. There are no chosen ones here. No destiny. Only contracts, cold iron, and whoever survives the snow.

Welcome to Frost & Fealty ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). Frost & Fealty is a community-driven game development feedback platform where tabletop gaming enthusiasts contribute feedback on game mechanics, balance, lore, art, and design for the Frost & Fealty tabletop game.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access or use our Platform. It also explains your rights regarding your data and how to exercise them.

Shipping Information: If you redeem physical items from the store, we collect a shipping address to fulfill your order. This information is stored in encrypted form.

2.2 Information Collected Through Third-Party Authentication

We use Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users. When you sign in with your Google account, we receive and store the following information from Google:

Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture as associated with your Google account.
Authentication Tokens: OAuth tokens necessary to verify your identity and maintain your session.

Important: We only request the minimum scopes necessary for authentication (basic profile and email). We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond what is needed to verify your identity. Our use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the user-facing features of this Platform.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.3 Information You Provide Through Linked Accounts

You may optionally link third-party accounts such as Discord or Reddit to your Frost & Fealty profile. When you do, we collect:

Your username on that platform
Your user ID on that platform
Authentication tokens (stored in encrypted form) to verify the connection

We use this information solely to attribute community activity (such as Discord or Reddit posts) to your Frost & Fealty account for the purpose of awarding rank points and Silver.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken (such as posts submitted, contracts completed, votes cast), and timestamps of activity.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs for security and debugging purposes.

To Provide the Platform: Authenticate your identity, maintain your account, display your profile, and enable you to submit feedback and participate in the community.
To Operate the Economy: Track Silver currency, rank points, store transactions, and contract completions — all of which are core features of the Platform.
To Improve the Game: Aggregate and analyze community feedback to directly inform game development decisions for Frost & Fealty.
To Communicate With You: Send notifications about rank changes, Silver earned, new contracts, store drops, and important platform updates.
To Fulfill Orders: Process and ship physical items redeemed through the store.
To Maintain Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To Improve the Platform: Analyze usage patterns to improve functionality, user experience, and performance.

4. How We Use Google User Data

We access Google user data exclusively for the purpose of authenticating your identity and creating your Platform account. Specifically:

We use your Google profile name and email to create and identify your account.
We use your Google profile picture as your default avatar (you may change it).
We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your authenticated session.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose unrelated to Platform functionality.
