Frost & Fealty is an ambitious open-source RPG and tactical miniature combat game being lovingly crafted by a community built for meaningful engagement, where the people who show up truly influence and design the game in a structured way. This is a gritty low fantasy tabletop game in active development, and you help shape the cold north as it is forged. Don't just play the game, shape it for good.

Anonymous wanderers cannot act within the hall. The whole system runs on trust and reputation, earned through good faith engagement with the developers and the community. Names, deeds, and silver all carry weight here.

Achieve the rank of Sworn and your name is written into the rulebook. Rise to Shieldbearer and you start steering design decisions. Reach Thane and you can propose your own mechanics and rules, and the game is as much yours as ours. The more you contribute, the more the north remembers your name.
